Sales and Order Management Analyst
Your mission :
The scope of the role of the SOMA is to support Chopard USA Wholesale National Accounts distribution (NA), consistently increasing the average level of product knowledge, service excellence and selling skills, by planning and operating varieties of in-store activations in each market and being a key partner and relay for the National Accounts Manager, the NA buying team and Chopard Brand Ambassadors.
Your role :
Establish a strong relationship with the Chopard USA Sales & Marketing team that support Chopard sales for wholesale and become their key contact point for National Accounts Doors, Managers and Brand Ambassadors.
Be a key trusted partner for the NA network, capable of fulfilling their needs and differentiating Chopard from the other brand for its excellence in support, collaboration and services.
Understanding the NA distribution local calendars, strategic selling dates and annual events in order to support them with product launches, in-store brand animations and special events organization.
Receive, acknowledge, respond, follow up, close all types of wholesale requests including but not limited to orders, product information, strap and parts requests, consignment management, shipping information, supporting documentation, technical product information, sales arguments.
Assist and support the Sell-Through by proposing products, alternative merchandise or identifying opportunities for sales improvement at our wholesale partners, in support and close cooperation with the National Account Manager.
Preparation of all reports as it relates to sales data, best sellers, competitors analysis and market trends.
Create a direct line of contact with field ambassadors
Generate orders based on replenishment suggestion after store visits
Reception of orders from NA head office
Shipment coordination and communication
Support the NA Manager in the commercial relationship between Chopard and National Account with multiple visits, in-store presence and activities
Assist stores for all requests and inquiries types (including VM needs)
Independently Plan and Execute events in collaboration with Sales and Marketing department
Participate to the brand success by generating additional sales results
Sales target achievement – Support National Accounts Sell-Through by planning and
supervising visits, training sessions, trunk shows and events
Coordinate proper product launches in the NA distribution network
Develop teamwork, interaction, communication and collaborative approach to our NA.
Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge on Chopard products, including watches, jewelry, high jewelry and accessories through training, and continued self- development and use this knowledge to support the sales and business.
Assist NA Manager communicating the brand strategy, guidelines and goals through the ambassador platform.
Bachelor’s degree required
A minimum of 3 years of experience as Marketing or Order Management coordinator/assistant
Experience in the luxury industry preferably jewellery and watches
Proficient with Microsoft Office (esp. Excel)
Fluent in English & Spanish; French is a plus
Show ability to work in close coordination with all departments in the Company and in particular NA Manager, OM, After Sales and Finance Analytical skills
Excellent presentation and PR skills
Creativity to energize internal and external sales staff
Very good attention to detail
Able to work independently but also part of a team
Ability to prioritize and plan work activities
Good time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
